Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Photo shoots are held in Bath or Bristol in a local park or scenic location.
2. There is no expiry date.
3. Gift Vouchers are limited to one photo shoot.
4. Gift Vouchers must be provided on the day of the shoot.
5. Copies of images from the photo shoot are limited to four 6"x4" prints. Further images can be purchased as prints, downloads, framed images etc. from the Leon Day Images website once ready.
6. The time and date of the photo shoot must be mutually agreed by both parties.
7. In the event of bad weather a decision will be made prior to the shoot whether to proceed. If cancelled a new date will be arranged at no extra charge. If the decision is made to proceed with the shoot and it is affected by the weather then every effort will be made to continue but no refunds or new dates will be provided.
8. No shows will forfeit the Gift Voucher.
9. The duration of the shoot will be approximately 90 minutes.
