The Snowman Story...
Lindsay and I used to go to Lower School together and when she moved away aged 10 we didn't see each other again for another 20 years although I thought of her a lot.
When we met up again it was at the gates of our old school (Icknield Lower School in Dunstable for those who know it) on 1st December 2007, which happened to be having a Christmas Bizarre on.
Lindsay bought me this snowman and ring which I kept and exactly 5 years later on 1st December 2012 I asked her to marry me using this very ring.
He now sits on top of our Christmas tree every year :o)
